Abstract

Les recherches sur les business models inclusifs sont généralement focalisées sur les populations pauvres et celles ayant un « faible revenu », des pays en voie de développement. Cependant, dans les pays développés comme en France par exemple, des entreprises inclusives sont établies et n'agissent pas uniquement contre l'exclusion économique. Cette existence révèle l'intérêt et la nécessité de (re)définir dans une perspective holistique, ce qu'est un business model inclusif. Ce chapitre s'inscrit dans la ‘théorie étendue des ressources' et met en lumière une intention stratégique inclusive en faveur d'une catégorie de ressources humaines « exclue » ou « délaissée ». La discussion se base sur l'étude de trois cas d'entreprises inclusives diversifiées, pour suggérer une (re)définition du business model inclusif et de nombreuses implications pour la stratégie et pour la société.
