How to improve the management of the Senegalese public sector companies' performance?

Abstract

Several studies have enabled us to know about the contingency factors of the Senegalese public companies' performance management. On the basis of these factors, a demonstration of why and how to implement management control methods and tools to improve their performance has been made.
