La coopération interprofessionnelle, antécédent à la performance inter-organisationnelle ?

Abstract

Cette communication se penche sur le rôle que peut jouer la coopération interprofessionnelle au sein de la firme-pivot-chef d'orchestre du réseau-dans la coordination d'activités collectives inter-organisationnelles. Si la littérature reconnait le rôle de la coopération inter-organisationnelle au sein des organisations réseaux, la coopération interprofessionnelle est peu étudiée dans ce cadre. Nous présentons ici les résultats d'une étude de cas menée dans une organisation « à risque », soulignant les facteurs et effets de la coopération sur le terrain, nous permettant d'établir un lien entre coopération interprofessionnelle et performance inter-organisationnelle.
