La politique européenne des prix et les problèmes agricoles régionaux français

Abstract

La notion de taux de protection nominale permet de définir pour chacune des régions françaises, le soutien dont l'agriculture bénéficie du fait de la politique communautaire des prix. Ainsi voit-on l'opposition entre la France des grandes cultures et les zones laitières, dont les productions sont fortement soutenues, et la France méditerranéenne avec des spéculations peu protégées. La mise en œuvre d'un modèle de statique comparative montre comment serait touchée chaque région par un alignement progressif des prix européens sur les cours mondiaux. Ce sont évidemment les régions qui profitent le plus du système de prix européen qui seraient les plus touchées.
