Abstract

Nous nous proposons dans cette communication de poser la réflexion sur les communs dans le cadre du développement durable à l'échelle locale. Il s'agira de contribuer aux questions anthropologiques et méthodiques des communs en questionnant les conditions d'émergence et de constitution de communs comme outils d'un développement local durable et en particulier la place et les rôles des pouvoirs publics (Etat et collectivités locales) dans ce processus. Nous nous appuierons pour cela sur l'analyse, issue d'entretiens et d'observations participantes, de trois Pôles Territoriaux de Coopération Economique qu'il nous semble possible d'approcher comme des communs en construction (Defalvard et Fontaine, 2017).
