Abstract

Cette communication aborde la question des politiques d'égalité professionnelle et de la manière dont les grandes entreprises les élaborent et les mettent en oeuvre au fil des années. Entrant dans le champ de la négociation obligatoire, l'égalité professionnelle fait l'objet d'accords négociés avec les partenaires sociaux au sein des grandes entreprises. Si ces accords précisent à la fois le cadre et la nature des actions à mettre en oeuvre, ils ne recouvrent pas à eux seuls ni l'intégralité, ni même parfois l'essentiel des mesures mises en oeuvre. À côté de ces accords peuvent ainsi coexister des pratiques qui relèvent d'autres ambitions que le simple respect de la législation. À partir d'une analyse approfondie des politiques élaborées au sein d'une grande entreprise française, la communication se propose de montrer les mécanismes à l'oeuvre dans la négociation collective et les choix auxquels ils conduisent. Elle aborde également la question des pratiques qui sont mises en oeuvre sans avoir fait l'objet de négociation. Elle montre en quoi l'évaluation de ces politiques, tant négociées que non négociées, contribuent partiellement à faire évoluer les politiques au fil du temps.
