Abstract

Abstract This article analyzes the relationship between the management strategies of social diversity and the performance of the structure of organizations. It shows that the leadership and structure of the city government are sovereign when they are tailored to the specific structural and cultural society in which they are rooted. The determinism of the link between structure, leadership and performance, confirms the assumption of the primacy of the structure with respect to the phenomena.
