Abstract

L'auteur demontre que le declin de la remuneration au merite s'explique par l'absence de gestion dynamique des salaires.Or, la remuneration a l'anciennete pourrait etre pratiquee a nouveua dans le cadre de la gestion previsionnelle des salaires.
