Umbrales y excepciones como fallo regulatorio

Abstract

Llama la atención el número desproporcionado de empresas españolas que tienen exactamente 49 empleados, un 62% más del número que cabría esperar. La razón primordial de esta anomalía es que estas empresas intentan evitar una parte de las reglas sobre representación laboral, beneficiándose así de la excepción que disfrutan las empresas de menor tamaño.
