Abstract

Evalua el impacto de los cambios tecnologicos sobre los productos basicos, sobre todo en cuanto a la demanda, a fin de extraer las lecciones pertinentes de la experiencia acumulada sobre el tema e identificar algunas esferas de politica en que puedan adoptarse medidas, teniendo presente la posicion particular de los paises latinoamericanos.
