Technologischer Wandel in deutschen Betrieben: Treiber, Hürden und Konsequenzen für das Personalmanagement. Sonderbericht

Abstract

In diesem Sonderbericht werden die Verbreitung moderner Technologien, sowie Treiber, Hürden und Konsequenzen für das Personalmanagement in deutschen Betrieben mit mehr als 50 sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten aufgezeigt und diskutiert. Es zeigt sich, dass digitale Vertriebswege bereits sehr weit verbreitet sind, gefolgt von Cyber-physischen Systemen, Big-Data-Analysen und dem Internet der Dinge. Das verarbeitende Gewerbe und große Betriebe haben eine etwas höhere Innovationsrate, wobei dies vor allem für die Einführung von datenbasierten Technologien gilt. Nicht alle Innovationen, die von den Betrieben als sinnvoll betrachtet werden, können auch durchgeführt werden. Die Hürden sind vor allem Kostengründe, fehlende Kenntnisse der Belegschaft sind seltener Hinderungsgründe. Die am weitesten verbreitete Personalmaßnahme als Konsequenz der Technologieeinführung sind Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen. An zweiter Stelle steht die Neuverteilung von Aufgaben. Nur ein geringer Anteil der Beschäftigten ist laut Angaben der Betriebe von Personalabbau betroffen und nur ein geringer Anteil wird aufgrund der Innovation am externen Arbeitsmarkt rekrutiert.
