Künstliche Intelligenz und die Zukunft der digitalen Arbeitsgesellschaft: Konturen einer ganzheitlichen Technikfolgenabschätzung

Abstract

Die Digitalisierung verändert die Arbeitsgesellschaft seit mehreren Jahrzehnten. Mit neuen Technologien wie maschinellen Lernmethoden der Künstlichen Intelligenz kann die Digitalisierung in weitere Bereiche der Arbeitswelt vordringen - und tut dies bereits. Das grundlegende disruptive Potenzial, das vielfach in die KI hineinprojiziert wird, steht heute allerdings noch nicht in einem breit beobachtbaren Verhältnis konkreter Anwendungen in der betrieblichen Praxis. Zwischen den hohen Erwartungen an KI und der Organisation von Arbeit besteht eine offene Leerstelle, die zu füllen der Anspruch des digitalen Werkzeugs KI und der dahinerstehenden Entwicklungsindustrie ist. Die Veränderungen, die auf unsere Arbeitsgesellschaft zukommen, stehen in einem Zusammenhang mit der technischen Entwicklung. Wie eng dieser Zusammenhang ist, bestimmt aber nicht (nur) die Geschwindigkeit der Technikentwicklung, sondern eine Reihe von Faktoren, die Einfluss auf die Gestaltung der Zukunft der digitalen Arbeitsgesellschaft haben.
