Abstract

Dieser Beitrag setzt sich mit Mythen und Fakten rund um die Zufrieden­heitsbefragungen an Ausstellungen auseinander. Wir zeigen auf, wie über aktuelle Methoden der Modellierung mit wenig Aufwand Wiederaussteller­verhalten prognostiziert und daraus neue Perspektiven für die Kunden­interaktion für Live Communication gewonnen werden können.
