Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zu den betrieblichen Bündnissen liefert dieser Beitrag einige empirische Ergebnisse aus einer repräsentativen Befragung von Betriebsräten. Dabei werden die vereinbarten Inhalte mit denen der Finanzkrise 2009 verglichen, um zu prüfen, ob sich bestimmte Grundmuster aufgrund erfahrungsgesättigter Praxis wiederholen, aber auch neue Spezifika angesichts veränderter Problemkonstellationen herausbilden. Schließlich wird diskutiert, welche Schlussfolgerungen im Falle eines möglichen neuerlichen Konjunkturabschwungs zu ziehen sind.
