Моделирование Механизма Государственных Гарантий И Кредитной Политики Банка При Инвестировании Рискованных Проектов

Abstract

Построена модель взаимодействия инвестора, банка и государства при финансировании рискованных проектов. В рамках модели проводится исследование механизма государственных гарантий по кредитам. Предлагается оптимизационный подход к определению размера гарантий и кредитной политики банка при финансировании рискованных проектов. Проводится модельный анализ оптимальных решений государства и банка по кредитованию, обсуждается ряд экономических выводов.
