Réseaux et régulation : Pour un institutionnalisme néo-structural

Abstract

Le colloque Recherche & Régulation 2015 a montré que l’École de la régulation, le plus souvent attendue pour ses théories macro-économiques, accordait une attention croissante à la variété des espaces dans lesquels se jouent des formes de régulation, notamment au niveau méso-économique et méso-social. Cette contribution esquisse une perspective capable de mobiliser les regards croisés de la TR et d’une sociologie institutionnaliste et néo-structurale en proposant une approche du travail politique qui incorpore l’analyse des infrastructures relationnelles dynamiques et multiniveaux. Ces infrastructures, que les acteurs collectifs organisés construisent, leur permettent de défendre et de promouvoir leurs intérêts régulatoires, de faire fonctionner les institutions en place ou d’en faire émerger de nouvelles. L’exemple de la construction contemporaine d’un nouveau régime européen de la propriété intellectuelle (à travers la Juridiction Unifiée du Brevet européen) est utilisé pour illustrer des objets possibles sur lesquels ce regard croisé gagnerait à se diriger.
