La teoría de las uniones aduaneras y el Pacto Andino

Abstract

Examina las alternativas del Perú frente al esquema de integración del Grupo Andino (GRAN). La importancia de este análisis se vincula con la decisión que, sobre su permanencia en dicho proceso, deberá tomar el gobierno peruano a fines de este año. El punto de partida es la teoría pura de las uniones aduaneras, sus principales tópicos y líneas de pensamiento. El ensayo establece condiciones genéricas bajo las cuales un proceso de integración resulta beneficioso. La evaluación recurre, asimismo, a un análisis de los acuerdos y decisiones celebrado en el marco del GRAN.
