Üzleti szolgáltatások Magyarországon

Abstract

A cikk a szolgáltatások és azon belül a vállalatoknak nyújtott üzleti szolgáltatások magyar gazdaságfejlődésben játszott szerepét vizsgálja nemzetközi összehasonlí-tásban. Az üzleti szolgáltatások terjedelmének ÁKM alapú becslését követően részletesebben elemzi a szűken vett üzleti (tudásintenzív, professzionális) szolgáltatások vállalati/gazdasági jellemzőit. A szolgáltatások fontos dinamizáló szerepet játszottak a magyar gazdaságfejlődésben (szerkezetváltásban, foglalkoztatásban, termelékenységnövekedésben) az elmúlt évtizedben. A szűken vett üzleti szolgáltatások járultak hozzá a legnagyobb mértékben a pozitív gazdasági eredményekhez, azonban fejlődésük intenzitása - a kiemelkedő kezdeti szintről - elmaradt a velünk együtt csatlakozó országokétól, és 2000 után trendben a törés jelei mutatkoztak. A professzionális szolgáltatások gazdasági jellemzőinek részletes elemzése e tevékenységek és piacaik rendkívüli heterogenitására, a hazai cégek versenyhátrányaira és a külföldi tőke dominanciájára világított rá. A legfőbb tanulság, hogy miközben a felzárkózás egyre inkább a szolgáltatások fejlődésén és hatékonyságnövekedésén múlik, ismereteink e területről - a mérés (mérhetőség) és fontos adatok hiánya miatt - még mindig igen hiányosak.
