Munkanélküliség és képzettség. A magasan fejlett országok tapasztalatai nyomán
[Unemployment and qualification. Experiences of the highly developed countries]

Abstract

A cikk a magasan fejlett országok tapasztalatait vizsgálva, megállapítja: a munkafeladatok felbontása, a szükséges tudás megosztása ma is folyik. Az új technológia ma sem igényel minden dolgozótól egyre nagyobb tudást. Különösen az információs technológia hatására az alacsony képzettségű munkaerő iránti kereslet nagyon megcsappant. A képzett dolgozók iránti igény azonban inkább csak relatíve, az alacsony képzettségűekhez képest nő. A magasabb képzettségűek védettsége a munkanélküliséggel szemben csak viszonylagos. A tanultak részaránya a tartósan munkanélküliek között növekszik. Nem ritka a túlképzettség, a munkahelyeknek a szükségesnél magasabb végzettségűekkel történő betöltése. A képzés körének szélesítése és színvonalának emelése önmagában nem megoldás.
