Sipariş Teslim Tarihi Problemi İçin Çok Kriterli ve Çok Yöntemli Karar Destek Sistemi Önerisi

Abstract

Siparişe göre üretim yapan firmalar, müşterilerinden gelen siparişleri hangi tarihte teslim edeceklerini belirleyerek müşterilerine teslim tarihi teklifinde bulunurlar. Müşterilerin beklentisinden daha geç bir tarih verilmesi durumunda firmalar siparişin iptali veya müşteri kaybı durumlarıyla karşılaşabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada müşteri memnuniyetini ve firmanın önceliklerini dengeleyebilmek için teslim tarihi belirleme problemini çok kriterli bir karar yapısı olarak ele alan bir karar destek modeli önerilmiştir. Önerilen modelde kullanıcı, teklif havuzundaki siparişleri tek arayüzde 6 karar modeli ile sıralayarak, her farklı sıralama modeli için siparişlere teslim tarihi atamasını gerçekleştirmektedir. Karar destek modeli 6 model için belirli bir planlama ufkunda teslim tarihi verilen siparişlerden ne kadar gelir elde edileceğini göstererek, pazarlama birimi yöneticilerine gelir yaklaşımına dayanarak karar verme kolaylığı sağlamaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, teslim tarihi problemi çok kriterli bir karar yapısı ile modellenerek, 6 farklı yöntem ile aynı uygulama yazılımında kullanıcıya karar desteği sağlayan ilk çalışma olduğu için teslim tarihi literatürüne de katkı sağlanmıştır.
