Derecho al trabajo decente para el desarrollo. Una mirada a través de la teoría de los salarios de eficiencia

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es reconocer las prerrogativas del Derecho al Trabajo Decente que tienen incidencia en la productividad, y realizar un análisis de la protección que tienen en el marco jurídico mexicano, para identificar debilidades y hacer propuestas útiles para la construcción de un marco jurídico propicio, tanto para el mencionado derecho, como para el Desarrollo. Se utiliza el método de contrastación deductiva, toda vez que se realizan deducciones verificables mediante el contraste con datos empíricos. Así, se concluye que los postulados de la Teoría de los Salarios de Eficiencia en relación con el salario y la capacitación son aplicables de manera complementaria al esquema jurídico de salario mínimo mexicano, para la elaboración de estrategias que coadyuvan para alcanzar el Derecho al Trabajo Decente y el Desarrollo.
