Internationale Entwicklungen der Evaluierungsmethoden für arbeitsmarktpolitische Programme

Abstract

"Ziel des Beitrages ist es, internationale Weiterentwicklungen der Evaluationsmethoden für die Erfolgskontrolle deutscher Arbeitsmarktpolitik nutzbar zu machen. Dabei werden drei Aspekte der Methodenentwicklung betrachtet: 1) Bestimmung und Operationalisierung der Zielkriterien, 2) Evaluationsmethoden zur Ermittlung marginaler Kosten und Erträge eines Programmes, 3) Evaluationsmethoden, die neben dem zentralisierbaren auch das verstreut vorhandene Wissen der einzelnen Arbeitsmarktakteure nutzbar machen." Zusammenfassend wird festgehalten, daß für eine effiziente Steuerung der Arbeitsmarktpolitik sowohl die Wirkungsanalyse als auch die Prozeßanalyse notwendig sind. (IAB2)
