Relazioni industriali e nuove tecnologie: conflitto, partecipazione e concertazione nell?era del lavoro digitale

Abstract

Il contributo verte sulle numerose sfide poste agli attori delle relazioni industriali dalla digita-lizzazione del lavoro, dimostrando come il crescente utilizzo di tecnologie sempre pi? sofisti-cate nell?ambito delle prestazioni di lavoro possa costituire sia una fonte di conflitto che un?opportunit? di dialogo per le parti sociali. Infatti, l?organizzazione tecnologica del lavoro, in ragione dei suoi effetti sull?occupazione e sulle condizioni di lavoro, oltre che un tema oggetto di contrattazione, pu? costituire motivo di confronto con la controparte datoriale, se non di mobilitazione e di vero e proprio conflitto. Allo stesso tempo, per?, non si pu? escludere che la digitalizzazione dell?economia possa indurre imprese e sindacati ad adottare pratiche di tipo collaborativo che consentano di affrontare al meglio le sfide poste dalla transizione digitale, coniugando cio? le esigenze di competitivit? delle imprese con il mantenimento dei livelli occupazionali e della qualit? delle condizioni di lavoro.
