    Abstract

    La Commistione fra economia legale ed economia criminale (di Guido M. Rey) - ABSTRACT: The essay concerns the mixture between legal and criminal economy stating in advance the terms of comparison and synthesis involving the instruments of different disciplines like law, economy and sociology. It also concerns the role of income support policies, financial mediators, public administration and policy makers. The essay emphasizes the role of universities too, which should offer positive messages to young people enabling them to make the right choices and it highlights the necessity for the production system, the financial mediators and the administrators to enhance the fairness of the message as well as the convenience to behave in a correct way in order to isolate criminality.
