Turkiye’de Ihracatin Sektor ve Pazar Cesitliligi Cercevesinde Yasadigi Yapisal Donusum

Abstract

Turkiye’nin ihracatta orta-uzun vadeli hedeflerini gerceklestirebilmesi, ihracatinin yapisal bir donusum yasamasini gerektirmektedir. Bu calismada amac Turkiye’de ihracatin 1995-2013 doneminde nasil bir donusum yasadiginin ve soz konusu donusumun yonu ile derecesinin arastirilmasidir. Calismada, ihracatin urun cesitliliginin arttigi ve daha yuksek teknoloji gruplarinin ihracattan aldigi payda bir artisin oldugu tespit edilmistir. Buna karsin, teknoloji gruplarinin performansi karsilastirmali ustunlukler cercevesinde incelendiginde, Turkiye’nin halen emek yogun ve sermaye yogun olan, gorece dusuk teknoloji ve arastirma faaliyeti iceren sektorlerde uzmanlasmaya devam ettigi gorulmustur. Son olarak, incelenen donemde pazar cesitliliginde kayda deger bir artis gerceklestigi; bu baglamda pazar risklerinin yayilma vesilesiyle azaldigi, bununla birlikte onumuzdeki donemde pazari cesitlendirerek ihracati artirabilmenin daha sinirli bir potansiyel tasidigi tespit edilmistir.
