Abstract

В настоящата студия са представени съвременни клиентоцентрични подходи за управление на бизнеса. Обстойно са разгледани същността, ползите и възможнос-тите за приложение на концепциите Пожизнена стойност на клиента, Клиентски капитал и Ангажиране на клиента. Целта на настоящата разработка е, въз основа на прегледа на съществуващите клиентоцентрични бизнес модели, да се изведат възможностите за тяхното приложение. На база посочените техни силни и слаби страни, е разработен авторски клиентски ориентиран модел за поддържане на взаимоотноше-нията с потребителите, който интегрира и преодолява недостатъците на разгледаните модели.
