Internacionalización de la pyme latinoamericana: referente para el exito empresarial en Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como propósito hacer un acercamiento entre la perspectiva de la pequena y mediana empresa colombiana exitosa delsiglo XXI y los estudiosos de los negocios internacionales en materia de internacionalización. Dicha temática será fundamental para comprender la dinámica de la globalización, cuyaevolu-ción ha creado la necesidad de interconectar mercados alrededor del mundo. A partir de una revisión documental en la base de datos Redalyc, se presenta una comparación entre avances encontrados en la internacionalización de pequenas empresas de Latinoamérica, donde se encontrará que la estrategia empleada por el directivo en un ambiente más hostil e incierto, y la urgencia de romper los paradigmas localistas, será la clave del éxito para nternacionalizar la pequena empresa contemporánea como una postura más abierta y coherente
