Postscript: Reform of the Agenda 2010: Necessary correction or reform reversal?

Author

  • Stefan Sell

Abstract

Supplementing the contributions in ifo Schnelldienst 23/2007, in the opinion of Stefan Sell, apart from the question of the term of benefits in labour market reforms of Agenda 2010, the main dilemma is the one-sidedness of these reforms. Politicians have neglected to create a win-win situation akin to the Danish flexicurity model.
