Wynalazki wykorzystywane w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem w XIX i XX wieku

Abstract

Zarządzanie wykorzystuje wiele narzędzi, które ułatwiają pracę menedżerom. Takim przykładem są obecnie programy komputerowe, które ułatwiają podejmowanie decyzji kierowniczych, bardzo często skomplikowanych. Jednak nim do tego doszło przez wiele dziesięcioleci w codziennej pracy menedżerów i całym procesie zarządzania wykorzystywane były wynalazki powstałe już w XIX i XX wieku. Wiele z nich opracowywano z myślą o zarządzaniu, a inne ze względu na swoje szczególne możliwości zastosowano w biurze i w pracy kierowników przedsiębiorstw. W związku z tym w artykule zostały wybranie i przedstawienie te z nich, które kojarzyły się i kojarzą z biurem i przez wiele lat równie skutecznie były wykorzystywane w pracy menedżera.
