Abstract

In order to illustrate the theoretical ideas presented here in a practical way, this chapter provides a concrete example of a self-driving company. The cereal bar manufacturer of the fictitious brand GRANOBIZ is used to show the many aspects of development from 2020 to 2035. The chapter describes the different business areas of GRANOBIZ and the development up to 2035. For example, the future sales and marketing of GRANOBIZ is outlined: The customer relationship is completely individualized in an automated way. GRANOBIZ knows each individual customer, knows their preferences and knows, for instance, that Marie-Luise Müller prefers certain customized high-protein sport bars and in what quantity she consumes them. From this, automated conclusions are drawn in the company about future behavior and thus also about future production.
