Presents the third pillar of future management: strategic agility and capability building. Explains the importance of flexibility without which, once in a permacrisis, the end is certain. Introduces resilience, agility and sustainability as the triad for success. Offers an understanding of resilience in business. Showcases companies which were able to rebound from crises through agility as their core capability demonstrated adaptability, foresight, and resilience embedded in their culture, processes, and strategy. Contrasts strategic agility and Future Management with prevalent static models
