Abstract

The process of vision development and realization is iterative, moving in loops rather than straight lines. This chapter unpacks the Vision360 model’s nine zones of iteration, which emphasize the iterative nature of vision development and realization. It highlights the role of leadership in bridging the gap between different phases of the model and explores how leadership and self-organization contribute to the overall Vision Journey. Additionally, the chapter discusses the concept of Vision360 leadership, emphasizing the importance of leader agency and self-organization in navigating these zones. Furthermore, it incorporates practical examples and a detailed outline of the nine zones of Vision Iteration, providing a comprehensive understanding of the iterative nature of vision development and leadership.
