In this chapter, a significantly different and tangible perspective is taken: two well-known experts in an agricultural field of everyday but nevertheless high-end products—wine and olive oil—discuss their experience how to read new unknown organizations which means producers—and there are many in the world, in each continent and many countries, in different sizes and with a different focus.
