Abstract

Investigates whether readily available artificial intelligence, especially large language models, can help small and medium-sized enterprises anticipate external risk factors and prepare for future challenges. The study considers how AI may support strategic thinking and asks whether a dedicated methodology or thinking framework is necessary for organizations to use these tools effectively and economically.
