Abstract

Analyzes how artificial intelligence is reshaping policing, criminalistics and organizational decision-making, including predictive analysis, digital evidence and forensic linguistics. It argues that professional roles are more likely to change than disappear, requiring stronger digital, linguistic and legal-ethical competencies, while offenders' use of AI intensifies a technological arms race.
