Abstract

Connects the Foundation for Information Society's time-series survey of knowledge capital across the Hungarian corporate sector with studies on organizational stability, management and HR during wartime and pandemic-related crises. The comparison examines how knowledge capital relates to corporate efficiency, economic stability, HR crisis management and change management.
