The Meaning Of The Financing „Golden” Rules In The Creation The Capital Structure In Companies

Abstract

We współcześnie działającej spółce akcyjnej istotne znaczenie w polityce finansowej przyjmują zasady (reguły) kształtowania struktury kapitału. Struktura kapitału, ujmowana najczęściej jako relacja długu do kapitału własnego lub długu do pasywów, zależy od wielu czynników o charakterze ekonomicznym i pozaekonomicznym. Spotyka się również w literaturze przedmiotu podział czynników wpływających na strukturę kapitału na mikro- i makroekonomiczne. Przedmiotem rozważań w niniejszym artykule jest analiza i ocena wzajemnych relacji pomiędzy strukturą majątku a strukturą kapitału przedsiębiorstwa zorganizowanego w formie spółki akcyjnej1, określanych w literaturze przedmiotu mianem złotych reguł finansowania. O strukturze kapitału przedsiębiorstwa decyduje również wiele innych czynników, lecz z uwagi na ograniczenia objętościowe publikacji nie będą one punktem rozważań.
