Revisión y adaptación de modelos de destinos inteligentes a las particularidades y desafíos de destinos litorales de escala intermedia

Abstract

El escenario turístico, caracterizado por cambios en la demanda, mayores exigencias de sostenibilidad y crecientes procesos de digitalización y competitividad, impulsa la necesidad de considerar nuevos enfoques de gestión integrales con énfasis en lo local. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo proponer un modelo de Destino Turístico Inteligente (DTI) adaptado a las especificidades de los destinos litorales urbanos de escala intermedia. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, con enfoque descriptivo-evaluativo, basada en la re visión, sistematización y comparación de distintos modelos, que permitió identificar elementos a considerar para el desarrollo de una propuesta adaptada. El resultado y aporte del trabajo es un modelo DTI con cinco ejes redefinidos, aplicables al diagnóstico y ev aluación de destinos turísticos litorales urbanos y de escala intermedia.
