Imaginarios turísticos e imágenes digitales del Pueblo Mágico de Huasca de Ocampo, Hidalgo, México

Abstract

En la era digital, los viajes comienzan en Internet. Las cadenas de valor y la construcción de imaginarios se generan a través de pantallas. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo comprender la importancia de las imágenes digitales en la construcción de imaginarios turísticos. Se analiza la imagen formal en páginas oficiales de promoción turística y la imagen informal mediante fotografías publicadas por viajeros en Instagram sobre el Pueblo Mágico Huasca de Ocampo. Se concluye que el contenido visual formal promueve una imagen genérica del Programa Pueblos Mágicos, mientras que el contenido informal convierte a los turistas en coleccionistas de imágenes, contribuyendo involuntariamente a la creación y recreación de imaginarios turísticos.
