Impactos de la crisis sanitaria del COVID-19 en un destino posturístico de la norpatagonia andina. Caso: San Martín de los Andes, Provincia de Neuquén, Argentina

Abstract

En el norte de la Patagonia, los efectos socio-económicos de la política de aislamiento debido a la pandemia del COVID-19 han tenido un impacto inmediato en los territorios. En una provincia caracterizada por una matriz de desarrollo extractivista, las implicancias geopolíticas y económicas del aislamiento ponen en relieve el rol del Estado y habilitan el debate sobre las nuevas realidades que se han generado y sobre los alcances de las políticas de compensación económica. El objetivo de este estudio es reconocer e interpretar la generación de impactos y desigualdades visibilizadas por la pandemia en San Martín de los Andes, como territorio de movilidad turística, de migración de amenidad y de migración por estilo de vida.
