Reflexiones y aprendizajes sobre la ejecución del proyecto “WAIA” como espacio de articulación para la cocreación de experiencias turísticas en Ushuaia, Argentina

Abstract

Poner en marcha un proyecto interinstitucional e innovador (tanto desde la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías como en la interacción entre instituciones) propone constantes desafíos para quienes lo ejecutan. Tal es el caso de WAIA, proyecto que cocrea entre estas instituciones un nuevo producto turístico cultural que aporta valor a la ciudad de Ushuaia como destino internacional. Los aprendizajes y el ejercicio reflexivo nos permiten comprender el entorno, sus tiempos de acción, las motivaciones de los actores y; gracias a la Investigación Acción, posibilita sumar lo aprehendido a reflexiones de otros destinos sobre la implementación de este tipo de proyectos interinstitucionales, así como el rol de los facilitadores.
