Redes de actores en ciudades patrimoniales turísticas con el uso de mapas cognitivos difusos

Abstract

Se proponen elementos metodológicos esenciales para diagnosticar el comportamiento de las redes que se establecen entre los actores implicados en la gestión integrada en ciudades patrimoniales, así como la interpretación del comportamiento de la red, con el uso de mapas cognitivos difusos. Este resultado constituye una herramienta importante que permite identificar los actores implicados y evaluar las relaciones de poder y liderazgo, la integración, articulación, innovación y competitividad de los componentes de la red de actores sociales que intervienen en la gestión de estos destinos. Para el caso de la ciudad de Camagüey, demostró que existe una gestión sectorializada, insuficiente participación y colaboración de los distintos actores que debilitan la red, así como bajos niveles de integración, innovación y competitividad.
