أثر ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في نظم الإدارة البيئية دراسة ميدانية على مصانع الأسمنت في اليمن

Abstract

الهدف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء (التوظيف الأخضر، التدريب الأخضر، التعويضات والمكافآت الخضراء، وتقييم الأداء الأخضر) في نظم الإدارة البيئية بمصانع الإسمنت في اليمن، إضافةً إلى تقييم مستوى تطبيق هذه الممارسات في القطاع. المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث وُزعت (305) استبيانات على العاملين الإداريين في أربعة مصانع إسمنت، وتم استرجاع (292) استبانة، منها (281) صالحة للتحليل. جرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفي. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء ونظم الإدارة البيئية بمصانع الإسمنت في اليمن. كما تبين أن مستوى تأثير هذه الممارسات جاء مرتفعًا نسبيًا، مع تفاوت في قوة تأثير أبعادها، في حين أظهر تطبيق نظم الإدارة البيئية مستوى متقدمًا نسبيًا. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء تُسهم بفاعلية في تعزيز نظم الإدارة البيئية، إلا أن تفعيلها المؤسسي لا يزال بحاجة إلى مزيد من التطوير والتكامل.
