قياس أبعاد ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في الجامعات الفلسطينية: تحليل كمي لأربعة أبعاد من نموذج Globe

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في الجامعات الفلسطينية عبر تحليل أربعة أبعاد من نموذج GLOBE هي: التوجه نحو الأداء، والتوجه نحو المستقبل، والنزعة الجماعية المؤسسية، والتوجه الإنساني. وفحصت تأثير نوع الجامعة والجنس على هذه التصورات، مع تحديد الأبعاد الأكثر تأثيراً في الثقافة الريادية. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت استبانة إلكترونية على عينة قصدية من 384 فرداً من ثلاث جامعات (تقليدية، تطبيقية، حكومية). تم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها (α=0.91)، واستخدمت اختبارات T-test وANOVA وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد. كشفت النتائج عن توافر جميع الأبعاد بدرجة عالية، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أنواع الجامعات في النزعة الجماعية المؤسسية والتوجه الإنساني لصالح الجامعات التقليدية والتطبيقية. ولم تظهر فروق تعزى للجنس إلا في التوجه الإنساني. كما أظهر تحليل الانحدار أن الأبعاد الأربعة تسهم بشكل دال في تفسير الثقافة الريادية، وكان التوجه نحو الأداء والمستقبل الأكثر تأثيراً. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجامعات الفلسطينية تمتلك أساساً قابلاً لبناء ثقافة ريادية، مع تفاوت في الأسس يتطلب تحولاً استراتيجياً لتعزيز السياسات الموجهة نحو الأداء والمستقبل. وتسد الدراسة فجوة بحثية عبر تطبيق نموذج GLOBE في السياق الفلسطيني، مقدمةً رؤى عملية لصناع القرار.
