أثر ممارسة التكيف الإستراتيجي في بيئة عدم التأكد: دراسة تطبيقية في مدرية الأمن العام الأردني

Abstract

هدفت الدّراسة إلى تحليل أثر ممارسة التكيف الاستراتيجي في بيئة عدم الـتأكد في مدرية الأمن العام الأردني، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وتم تطوير استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية وتوزيعها على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (351) فردًا, من الإدارتين العليا والوسطى في مدرية الامن العام الاردني. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بلغ عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي (284) استبانة ، وللإجابة عن اسئلة الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها ، تم استخدام برنامج النمذجة البنائية (Smart.PLS4). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : ان مستوى ممارسة التكيف الاستراتيجي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة ، في حين بلغ المتوسط الكلي لبيئة عدم التأكد الدرجة المتوسطة في مدرية الأمن العام الأردني ، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لممارسة التكيف الاستراتيجي في بيئة عدم التأكد ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار بالمحافظة على مستوى تطبيق ممارسة التكيف الاستراتيجي، خاصة في ظل بيئة عدم التأكد.
