أثر التنفيذ الاستراتيجي في الأداء المؤسسي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة

Abstract

هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف إلى أثر التنفيذ الاستراتيجي في الأداء المؤسسي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وقاما ببناء استبانة تم توزيعها على عيّنة متاحة ضمّت (126) من الموظفين في جامعة القدس المفتوحة في المحافظات الشمالية ابتداءً من وظيفة (رئيس شعبة فأعلى)، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي ((SPSS. وخرجت الدراسة بأنّ التنفيذ الاستراتيجي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة جاء بمستوى مرتفع على المستوى الكلي بعناصره(الثقافة التنظيمية، البرامج والمشاريع، البناء التنظيمي، إجراءات العمل، توفر الموارد المالية). وبينت النتائج أن "مستوى الأداء المؤسسي" بمجالاته (الكفاءة، الفاعلية، سرعة الاستجابة، رضا المستفيدين) في الجامعة جاء بمستوى مرتفع ايضا. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للتنفيذ الاستراتيجي في الأداء المؤسسي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدّراسة أوصى الباحثان بضرورة توفير الموارد المالية والموازنات بشكل يضمن تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة للجامعة، وقيام إدارة الجامعة قبل تعيين اي كادر بشري جديد بحصر الموارد البشرية المتاحة لها داخل الجامعة للاستفادة من الكفاءات المتوفرة بالجامعة بما يعمل ويساعد الجامعة على تنفيذ متطلباتها الاستراتيجية.
