Administrative management and user satisfaction of tele-consultation in a FEBAN polyclinic in Lima

Abstract

The current study had the purpose of determining the relationship that exists between administrative management and user satisfaction of teleconsultation in a FEBAN Polyclinic in Lima, 2022. The quantitative approach and correlational, non-experimental design, applied to a study population where A total of 150 users participated. Likewise, the instrument used to evaluate the Administrative Management dimension, the instrument prepared by Fenco (2021) entitled: "Administrative Management Questionnaire", the same one that was submitted to validation, obtaining a reliability by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.948, has been chosen. and the instrument used to evaluate the user satisfaction variable was developed by Fenco (2021). A reliability of .975 was reached in Cronbach's Alpha, which shows stability to be able to be applied to the population of this study. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship with the administrative management and the satisfaction of the teleconsultation user and the result of a moderate, positive and direct correlation and a (rho) of 0.580 and a significance value of less than 5%.
