Liderazgo mentalmente saludable como recurso psicosocial para la participación en equipos del sector financiero colombiano

Abstract

Este estudio analizó la percepción de liderazgo mentalmente saludable, participación y reflexividad en equipos de proyectos de una empresa del sector financiero en Bogotá. Se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo-correlacional, con una muestra por conveniencia de 54 colaboradores. Se aplicó un cuestionario tipo Likert de 12 ítems, organizado en tres dimensiones: liderazgo mentalmente saludable, participación y reflexividad del equipo. Los resultados mostraron una percepción favorable del liderazgo mentalmente saludable, con una media general de 4.11 sobre 5. La participación obtuvo una media de 3.94 y la reflexividad una media de 3.98. La principal oportunidad de mejora se identificó en la cooperación en la toma de decisiones y en la reflexión conjunta sobre logros y áreas de mejora. De manera descriptiva, la modalidad remota presentó la media más alta de reflexividad; sin embargo, este resultado se interpretó con cautela debido a la falta de análisis inferenciales por subgrupo. Se concluyó que el liderazgo mentalmente saludable puede constituir un recurso psicosocial relevante para fortalecer dinámicas participativas y reflexivas en equipos de proyectos del sector financiero.
