Salud digital y aplicaciones móviles en la salud ocupacional Una revisión bibliométrica 2015-2025

Abstract

La transformación digital en los ambientes laborales es la clave para el bienestar y la eficiencia, con mayor relevancia tras la pandemia de COVID-19. Analizar la producción científica sobre la salud digital aplicada a la salud ocupacional en el periodo 2015-2025. Se realizó la búsqueda de literatura indexada en la base de datos PubMed en el periodo 2015-2025, utilizando términos de búsqueda MeSH como Occupational Health y Mobile Apliccations. El procesamiento de los datos se realizó con el software RStudio 4.4.1 y el complemento Bibliometrix. Se identificaron 247 documentos en los cuales se demuestra una significativa colaboración entre los países de Australia, Alemania y China. En el continente americano se identifica una colaboración, aunque en menor grado entre Estados Unidos y Brasil. Se observa un bajo crecimiento en la producción científica excepto en el año 2020. Después de la pandemia, se observa un creciente interés por las aplicaciones móviles relacionadas a la salud ocupacional. Si embargo, necesario diversificar la investigación en la región de las Américas, así como fortalecer la colaboración entre los países.
