Psychoeducational workshop for teachers on constructive coping with dating violence

The research aimed to develop a psychoeducational workshop for teachers to promote constructive coping with dating violence among medical students. It was framed as a technological development research project with a mixed-methodology approach, developed in two stages. Thirty-five teachers from the Cienfuegos University of Medical Sciences and 13 experts from five Cuban universities participated, selected through purposive sampling and calculation of the Competence Coefficient (K). Techniques such as document analysis, expert judgment, and the Delphi technique were used, with data processing using Excel and SPSS (v. 26), using descriptive statistics. The result was the workshop "What Can I Do to Prevent Dating Violence?", a three-and-a-half-hour session aimed at first-year medical teachers. The content integrates psychoeducational, reflective, and experiential activities, structured into ten teaching moments. The experts consulted positively assessed its relevance, applicability, and transferability. It is recommended to implement the workshop in real environments to validate its effectiveness and consider its replication in other careers and academic contexts
